After over a decade of experience as an actor, Marlaina has ventured into the world of filmmaking.
Her deeply personal short film Driving There is available to watch on YouTube, starring Luke Dimyan and herself.

She continues to work as an actor having most recently wrapped principal photography in April 2025 as the lead in a feature written and directed by Brian Fegan.

She's also editing a feature she co-produced with writer/director Chris Park Sanders.
